Normally I recommend that people think about work when they are completing a personality questionnaire to do with their job but this is only because many people are not quite themselves at work, so there can be a slight difference between who they are at work and who they are at home. Personally I want to help people be themselves, regardless of where they are. Not be able to be yourself is a major source of stress at work and difficult to sustain. Better that you can find a work environment that enables you to be yourself.

Different jobs suit different personality types but who you are is who you are. A psychometric &quot;test&quot; is one test you should never practice, as it&#039;s not a test. It&#039;s about discovering who you are and using that insight to help you in your career.</description>
