Anne Ellis founded PeopleMaps after having successfully built a number of high-growth companies which focused on people development underpinned by psychological profiling. This was applied to improve individual and team effectiveness within public service and blue-chip private sector corporations.
Anne was part of the team that introduced the first Master’s in Business Psychology degree at a UK University and she was a senior lecturer in that subject for several years.
She is a motivational speaker who has addressed audiences worldwide covering positive thinking and high self esteem under the title, “I’m not OK – you’re not OK”.
